Introduction: Kare Kano - originally published in Japan as Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou - is a modern manga masterpiece. The story began appearing in Feburary of 1996 in Hakusensha's monthly LaLa magazine and was collected thereafter in tankoubon (graphic novel) form in the Hana to Yume Comics line.
