This Volume's Story: In the first act of this volume, Dee and Ryo hunt down a mad bomber who has blown up the 27th precinct. When Bikky discovers the bomber's identity, he's taken hostage and his life is in immediate danger. Dee is soon captured, too, and Dee and Bikky must work together to save themselves - and the world! The second act of Volume 4 revolves around Bikky and Carol's budding relationship. Carol's birthday is coming up, but since Bikky doesn't have money to buy her a present, he starts avoiding her. Carol misreads these signals and is certain he's losing interest in her. Bikky works his hardest to earn the money to buy her a gift ... but will it be too little, too late?
